Hi all I hope life is good. I would like to talk about the goodness of God in this trying time of financial difficulty as the world deals with the financial problems. As you may have heard the Aus dollar has fallen a heap in the last month and we lost a quarter of our sponsorship. I was feeling very frustrated and when I got to the end of myself and allowed God to speak to me I was able to see the huge mistake I was making. He was very faithful but very blunt in telling me, HE is God and the financial situation of the world or the Aus dollar is not. I find it amazing here I have been in missions for the last 20 years or so and he has always provided for me and my family and here I go to worrying about how the dollars are changing.

I am very thankful to God for him showing me where I was putting my security. I’m taking the finance situation seriously but I won’t let it control me. Ok just to prove how much God provides for us we are losing about a lot of dollars a month but when I checked our accounts the other day guess what? We were given extra money through the last months and guess what? It comes to about the amount we were losing. God is faithful. Let’s keep our security in the king. Tuapse I just got to spend 5 days on the black sea in a town called Tuapse. We had a leader’s conference there. It is a beautiful place. We were being assessed as leaders and given heaps of vision and dreams from the King. I found it a great time of catching up with mates and just getting together to seek God and dream his dreams and thought this is cool. I feel I’m very blessed to have a leader who just wants to bring joy to God’s heart by obedience. We had a lot of meetings and not much time to get to the beach but thankfully when we did the sun was shining. Then we had great fun 3.5 days on a train back to Perm.(just joking fun)

DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING SCHOOL

The school is going great. We have had some great teachers coming through. We have teachers from all around the world. We are seeing miracles happen in people’s lives. I love to see broken people put back together again. We are having lectures 4 hours a day then we is doing practical things in serving the local community eg picking up rubbish, talking to people, kids clubs, coffee house hous

We have had 5 weeks and now we are starting to prepare for the 3 month practical phase. We are having a little problem. All students need a new visa so we need to know where we can do this. It is getting more difficult as life goes on with the new laws.Friends visit from AusWe were very blessed to have three good friends here from Aus. Kris and Misha Thomson. I was on the Y.W.A.M. base in Adelaide with Kris. Also Elise Carey also who was in Adelaide was here for a week teaching on the school. She is a American who resides between Latvia and Adelaide. So it was great to catch up with friends again. Misha really blessed Touch Ministry and the Orphanages with a huge bag of nappy rash cream. Also us with some goodies from home. Thanks so much Misha and those that contributed to it. They were here speaking on the D.T.S. and it was great to get input from them. OrphanagesThis week our team was able to take one of our groups of Orphans out to see a Puppet Show in the city. This was such an exciting time for the kids as they never get out at all. This is the first time they have let us take the kids out as we usually have to bring things in for them. We are still going to the two orphanages each week running a craft group in one and helping out with the babies in the other. KrasnoyarskWe have started to meet regularly as a team which is really exciting. We still have a lot to pray through and discuss but we are here as a team now so we are a step more forward to seeing Gods dream come true in this region of Russia. I am very aware we are going to this city like babies and just wanting to contribute to what is already happening there. Please pray with us in this area that we would be able to see Gods dreams come true and w would know how we can help people here. Thanks again for all of your prayers, love, care and

have been so much a part of. It is such a privilege to see God move and touch lives and to

be part of it in a small way. Thanks so much to the group in Clare who got together and
